But clad in baggy t-shirts and plagued by a catalogue of skin problems, Helen is in dire need of some youthful sparkle. Standing at the school gates with the other mums highlights how prematurely she has aged. Meanwhile, 53-year-old Susan from Sussex is ready for change. Her white and grey hair gives her an OAP appearance and she has been offered a free bus pass on many occasions.
